Choreo - Fierce Flow - 90mins
Heels based Class - This class is all about learning a short section of choreo to focus on musicality! Nothing feels better than hitting a good beat! This choreo faster paced and rooted in contemporary pole flow style but taking inspiration from JFH and hip hop.
