Sam

Sam is the owner and head Instructor of SoulFire Pole dance, Port Macquarie.

Sam has been pole dancing for the past 13 years and has been teaching for 10 years.

She is passionate about teaching and loves that she is now able to introduce the awesome world of Pole dance with the Mid-North Coast community!

Originally from Sydney’s northern beaches, Sam has competed in many local and national competitions, performing corporate and private events and was one of the stars of the travelling pole dance spectacular “Polecats”.

Kylie

Kylie discovered Pole in late 2020 and immediately fell in love.

With her love of helping women find joy and discover just how incredible their bodies can be when they take a chance to try new things, it was a natural transition for Kylie to become one of our Teachers.

In Kylie's words "We don't have to be the best or look the best to feel our best. Nor do we have to know how to do the 'thing' before we learn it. We just need to surrender to what 'our' body and mind wants and allow others to show us the way.".

Tahnee

Tahnee started her pole journey back in 2016 and formed a love for it right away. Having not had any previous experiences with dance, and wanting to improve her mental and physical health she knew it would be a challenge (one she was up for!)

In Tahnee’s words “I want to help others believe in themselves and feel empowered by what their mind and bodies are truly capable of. Soulfire is a safe space to let go of everything and just simply be you, Just have fun and go on this journey with an open mind.”

Le

Leanne found pole back in the UK and from her first lesson, fell in love.

After moving to Australia, her poling was put on hold for a few years until she found SoulFire.

”Pole means more to me than just a hobby, it’s a community of strong, like-minded women, which have become amazing friends. We are each others biggest cheerleaders.

I feel privileged to be able to help others learn and grow through their pole journey, and in turn I will continue to grow and learn with them and that’s a beautiful thing.”

Michelle

I discovered pole dancing at Soulfire in 2022 and instantly fell in love. Attending class quickly became the highlight of my week, and being part of the incredible community Sam has built has truly felt like joining a big family.

Now, as I step into my teaching journey with Soulfire, I’m beyond excited to share my passion for pole with others. I can’t wait to guide students through the art and technique of pole, celebrate their milestones, and watch them grow stronger, more confident, and more empowered. Helping students master new tricks, build strength, and believe in themselves is my favourite part of teaching.

My goal is to support and inspire every student on their unique journey, and to share a little piece of the Soulfire magic that has meant so much to me.
