  • Description Absolutely not. There is no fitness level or dance experience required to join our classes. We will teach you all you need to know and we encourage everyone to come and join in on our classes. You can start pole dancing at any age, any fitness level.text goes here

  • Shorts and a t shirt/ singlet is best as you will need your bare skin to grip the pole. bare feet or heels are optional.ription text goes here

  • A water bottle and a small towel.

  • If you have never done a course in Pole dancing you need to book into our Beginners Introduction to Pole Dance course. For other levels please call us directly, so we can ask you some questions to put you in the correct level.

  • Yes you can for our Routine Pole Class and stretch classes. We just need to make sure there is room in the class you would like to attend, so please call us directly to book in.We do not offer casuals in our Beginners Introductory to Pole Dance, as the course is structured in a way for you to build strength and confidence week to week, over the 8 weeks.

  • If you miss a class, we make makeup classes available to you if there is space, but we cannot guarantee that there will be. Please contact SoulFire Pole Dance directly to see if there is space in your desired makeup class.Makeup classes are only valid within the same 8 week term as your booking and cannot be taken over into the next term.
