Slow Flow Vinyasa

Vinyasa style Yoga is all about connecting your Breath with Movement. We’ll go on a 90 minute journey into exploring how to use your breath to relax your nervous system, tune out the monkey mind and connect to your body’s sensations. Allowing you to safely deepen your stretching practice and find ease in challenging positions.

Movement Medicine

We will drop into our bodies using Ujjayi breath technique that I will teach you. Truly feeling how your body is feeling and what it needs in the moment.
We will access our sensual power in our womb space to access our bodies innate feeling of joy and creativity and with that, move our bodies intuitively, with undulations and isolations, however your body feels the freedom in the movement, using the breath to guide us on our own unique movement journey.
We will bring that movement and energy to partner with the pole to explore your own flavour of sensual movement!
